Lake Pine Colony Club Beach Rules

In the interest of safety, the LPCC would like to remind its members of the beach rules and regulations. We will not have lifeguards on duty this season so swim at your own risk. Only members that have paid the recreation fee are allowed to use the facilities. Members that have not paid this fee will be asked to leave immediately. Please remember to wear your badges. Anyone not wearing their badges will be asked to retrieve them before using the beach-no exceptions! We thank you in advance for your compliance. Have a happy and safe summer!

  • Swim at your own risk.
  • Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No Dogs.
  • No animals, except for service animals, shall be allowed in the swimming or bathing area.
  • No glass containers on any of the beach/lake areas or in food and drink areas at field/recreational areas.
  • No fighting, rowdiness, roughness or conduct which endangers the safety of others shall be permitted.
  • No swimming or bathing during an electrical storm.
  • Do not enter the water if you are experiencing or recovering from diarrhea or have had any signs symptoms of a gastrointestinal (stomach) disease in the past seven days.
  • All children in diapers must wear plastic pants with snug fitting elastic waist and leg bands. Do not wash out soiled diapers in the bathing water. Place soiled diapers in trash receptacles provided not in blue recycle bins.
  • Children should be encouraged to use the restroom before entering the water.
  • No motorized vehicles, except emergency and maintenance vehicles, shall be permitted in the bathing area during its use.
  • No boating, water skiing, sail boating, windsurfing, scuba diving, or surfboarding shall be permitted in the swimming and bathing area while in use.
  • No gas powered motors permitted on the lake.
  • No fishing within the roped swimming areas.
  • Rope drops shall not be permitted except those licensed and inspected by the Department of Community Affairs pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:3-31 through 55.
  • Persons suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall be prohibited from entering the water.
  • Members must clean up any litter they drop.
  • Failure to follow the above rules may result in being asked to leave the beach.

Recreational facilities of the LPCC are for Members with recreational tags only. Trespassers will be prosecuted.
